Captain Jay
Kavanagh, a US Coast Guard licensed master, has many years experience fishing for all
types of game fish throughout the world. For the past several years Jay has been
fishing out of Hatteras Inlet NC and various East Coast destinations. Jay knows all
of the hot spots up and down the Atlantic coast.
